We are a new business, expanding to meet the equipment rental needs of the surrounding
area.  Our inventory is based on the homeowner, farmer, and small contractors.  We
continue to add to our inventory to meet current and future demands.  The friendly staff
is only a phone call away, and ready to help you in anyway they can.  Our goal is to have
you as a happy, satisfied renter.  We are conveniently located on the border between
Philomath and Corvallis, Oregon.

                                
   
FROM CORVALLIS: Follow Hwy 20/34 towards Philomath until you're approximately 1/2 mile 
East of downtown Philomath.  On the right side of the highway, you will see a large
green and brown log building belonging to Landmark Realty.  Turn onto the gravel road
on the West side of the log house, follow the road approximately 1/8 mile until you 
see us on the left side, with our equipment parked on the lot.

FROM PHILOMATH: Follow Hwy 20/34 towards Corvallis until you're approximately 1/2 mile
East of downtown Philomath.  On the left side of the highway, you'll see a large green

the West side of the log house, follow the road approximately 1/8 mile until you see us
